Ministers’ bonus: 4 easy criteria?

I refer to the article “Parliament: Political office holders received average performance bonus of 4 months’ salary in last 5 years” [LINK] (Straits Times, Sep 10).

It states that:

Political office holders of all grades received an average annual performance bonus of around four months’ salary in the last five years, with the amount given to each individual ranging between three and six months of their pay each year …

The performance bonus is one of the components that make up the benchmark salaries of political office holders. The other components include their monthly salary, the 13th month non-pensionable annual allowance, national bonus, and annual variable component as paid to civil servants.

My friends said “aiyah, this performance bonus thingy is kelong  one! 4 wayang criteria lah!

No. 1 – Singaporeans’ Unemployment Rate – this one the easiest one hor! Grant 20,000 new citizens every year – mostly working  one – so, Sinkies unemployment rate look lower lah!

No. 2 – Real GDP Growth – you know like last year announce increase infrastructure spending $22 billion – so, GDP up by the stroke of a pen hehe!

No. 3 and 4 – Real 20th Percentile & Mediun Income Growth – aiyah in recent years so many income statistics change to including employer CPF contribution – like full-time employed residents’ income (means part-time workers up to 35 hours a week and unemployed not counted is it)? And household income same same lah – also include employer CPF – CPF can use to eat and pay for expenses meh?

Heh, this one pejia lobang lah – for Minister’s pay got Sinkies’ income – then how come always cannot breakdown the Manpower reports into Sinkies’ income and jobs growth?

Aiyah, conveniently tell you lump together with PRs as residents lah!”

Uniquely Singapore!

    Like I said,

Sinkies $$ R0eclaim and/or Clear Lands. Then Send in developers to Build and Build using Sinkies $$ again (the higher the cost the better). Then GDP goes up !! even when economy is so so or down.

Guess the Minsters peg their Bonus on what ?? Guess right no prizes…LOLOLOLOL

Then they get very very handsome BONUSES from ‘GREAT’ GDP growth ?!?!

Guess their BONUSES is whose BLOOD $$ ??
    Again guess right NO Prizes,,,,,’

Well, there you have it. SINKIES are just to damn daft to do simple analytical arithmetic and you cannot blame the regime capitalising on these idiots stupidity right ? Who got more $$ put on the table don’t take ? Blame who then ? SINKIES or Regime ?

So SINKIES now suffer blame the regime ?? which they handed the entire platters to them during the last 2 GEs.

In Hokkien, SINKIES Eng Kai suffer from their plain ignorance and their kid’s kids to suffer. While using YOUR BLOOD $$ helping the elected regime kids and families to enjoy in luxury and immune to the nation’s current plights and suffering.

Don’t blame no good oppositions. Between dying and a chance to survive, SINKIES chose to earlier, basically no diff between a brain dead and SINKIES.

    Much said.

  • Always Remember:

Unemployment is super easy to solve. Hire everyone for $1, you get 100% employment. No need new citizen.

Even cardboard “exercisers” are considered ‘self-employed’ if they sell their cart load of cardboard for just $1.

Even hawker centre tissue paper Uncle or Aunty, the moment you buy a pack from them, they are no longer unemployed.

    Always look at under-employment

Singaporeans’ Unemployment Rate – this one the easiest one hor! Grant 20,000 new citizens every year – mostly working one – so, Sinkies unemployment rate look lower lah!

Well uncle Leong, they are sore about having their pay forcibly reduced in 2011 so have to get creative in order to get those months of bonuses.

So now the whole nation knows but are we angry enough about this issue?

And if we are, are we ready to kick out more useless overpaid idiots next year? How many? 3 to 4 ministers at one go maybe? We kicked out 2 back in 2011 and they still going on strong leh. Maybe kick out something like 10 and see got what better effect maybe?

so the same in public hospitals. you see so many pinoy doctors in, say, changi general hospital. now, not a single pinoy medical school is approved by smc. so it boggers the mind how if their basic medical degrees are not approved, how the pinoy doctors can practice in local public hospitals?

the rub is this. heard a few days ago a young medical graduate, a Singaporean, from an overseas approved by smc medical school, was rejected by local authority. very sad indeed, when citizen has zero value in own land, under stupid clown open leg policy.

  • Citizens: no problem vpapo:

PAP li nepotic regime n its harem of polanpas have repeatedly threatened Singaporeans that they have no problem in importing hungry, greedy n aggressive foreign shits to boot out Singaporeans from their jobs including Pmets n millionaires. As for millionaires they have as the imbercile nepotic successor has said his long term desiire n love to import the PRC billionaires even if it is only one. if Singaporeans want the jobs back they have to learn how to be greedier, hungrier n more agressive thieves than the foreign trash they have so easily n have no problem to import. In other words, he has confessed he n his anti national polanpas were n still only able to get the foreign scoundrels to come over. Citizens must be able to recall a English teacher wrote that she cannot stay in a country that pay her so much more than the citizens who r so much better than her including in languages including her mother tongue, English. She quitted in disgust of the regime n disappointment of the cowardice to succumb to such filths of the absolute power regime. as no problem to lure him over but after a couple of months, like the English teacher he left in disgust n disppoinTment of SIN professionals who have traded in their ntegrity n knowledge just to bootlick to the top n claimed that the further down the ranks he mingled
the more professional n better quality he sensed they r.
Chaim asserted correctly. All power corrupts but with opposition politicians n public critics n dissenters, the corruption exists but inevitably controlled by the checks n balances provided by these opposition. Bootlicking for gains r also controlled with more independent institution. Any obvious apptment of bootlickers n conflicts of interests will be stopped in term by exposure n only effective with independent public institution while absolute power correupts absolutely as there is no political opposition MPs to checks n balances the system. What is worse is that what r remaining of public dissension n political opposition r eradicated even by legislation. Bootlicking proliferates as the absoolute power is able to reward as they like with no one to check upun the legality. This is wat absolute power corrupts absolutely n even legalize them by amending the Constitution. This is reflected in the famous quote of the first nepotic regime chief that “any one opposing him or his policy is his enemy n will be eradicated. The current wayang acts coming on like wild fire is brought about by the panic the wave of alertness n awareness of the returned reminder of People Power has created esp with the phenomenal power change in Phillippines, US … n closer to shore the seeminly impossible of voting out the UMNO by a 92 yo political veterent which really injected the final deadly panic in…

The criteria are simply terms used. It really does not matter. They could take what they can–but sounds better if there are some “criteria” to provide some sophistication instead just crude plunder.

That is the PAP for you. “For You, with You”? This phrase is meant for the PAP to say that the citizens are for them and with them. That is what it really means.

Citizens, both indigenous and new should wake up and do some footwork if they want a better future for their children.

Things will not change until and unless the PAP is out of the picture totally.

  • Citizens: no problem vpapo 2:

the nepotic regime n its bootlickers. Even as they roll out their wayanging acts, the long polanpa mentality often came with glimpses of the usual self gratification n self glorification embodied within the wayanging acts. The HDB saga is a classical example. The problem is effectively on the leasehold but the wayanging acts bring in upgrading which would fleece the owner further n the claim of increase in value with the banks maintaining its winning platform of housing loan limitation. The legacy of daft Singaporeans left by the dead nepotist left an indelible memoryblog in the nepotic successors n the bootlicking herd that these daft Singaporeans would be hookwinked by the devious wayang. This recalls Dr Thum’s recent cool encounter n bouts with the arrogant aggressive irrational lunatic dowry conner regarding the source n pepetual fake news in both national n foreign media. He would no doubt add in another on the regime hdb wayanging acts. The opaqueness over CPF still prevail with a twist the laundering of CPF monies out into the state funds to avoild citizen persistent kpkb of transparency n accountability. However the shift of kpkb is on the gorilla control of the national funds in complete darkness. The cliche of if it is good, why hide it. This is a deviation from the self glorification traits of the regime n the oplanpas. The meeting of Kim n Trump costing Singaporeans S$20 millions is a stark open admission from the regime. Time for People Launching Op Cleanup by gearing up the determination of getting rid of nthe nepotic regime n polanpaism from the Nation n returning to a healthy democracy with appropriate checks n balances measures n minimization of bootlicking n legalised ilklegals.

  • Based on justice and equality?:

Mr Speaker, I think fundamental principles are being breached. The fundamental principle is this. The CPF is really a fixed deposit or a loan to Government, which can be redeemed at a fixed date when the contributor is 55 years old. If I were to put this sum of money in a commercial bank and, on the due date I go to the bank to withdraw the money, the manager says, “i am sorry, Dr Toh, you will have to come next year”, there will be a run on the bank! It is as simple as this, that the CPF has lost its credibility, the management of it. This is fundamental. You were taken by surprise by Medisave. Then they say, “6% of your Special Account will be kept for Medisave and you cannot withdraw that, even if you were to die.”

  • Based on justice and equality?:

“Now I ask the Minister for Health, and I asked him last time, whether his word is binding on future Ministers. Neither will the Minister for Labour’s word be binding on future Ministers for Labour. Can any Government or any Minister guarantee that in future years a law will not be passed that will say, “All Special Accounts in the CPF cannot be withdrawn until you die”? Your Special Account now is up to 10%; 6% Medisave, 4% for what? So unless you use the CPF to buy property, your money is in real danger of being kept under lock and key by others, not under your own lock and key. This is the nub of the problem – the credibility of the management, gradual encroachment into the purpose of the CPF which was instituted really to provide for retirement.”
