Minister Heng’s words are brave – but the reality seems otherwise

In the Straits Times today (9 Feb), Finance Minister Heng Swee Keat was quoted as saying that “if the lapse shows that the leader has been slack, negligent or incompetent, then serious consequences must follow, including removal”.

Those seem like brave words. But unfortunately, those were only empty words.

There are too many examples of the current PAP Ministers showing high levels of incompetency and slackness. I will just give 4 diverse examples to show how things have screwed up big time under various PAP Ministers and MPs who are still sitting rock solid in their fat-salaried political appointments.

Firstly, the ex-GM of AMK Town Council Victor Wong was on the take for about 2 years in a constituency comprising of 6 PAP MPs, including one junior minister and PM Lee himself. Until today, despite widespread losses suffered by AMK residents, none of those 6 MPs faced any serious consequences.

Next, Khaw Boon Wan as the Transport Minister. To be fair, our MRT reliability has improved in recent times. But over many years with Desmond Kuek at the helm at SMRT and under Khaw’s watch, disruptions and unreliability was sky high.

Apart from the frequent disruptions, we had a fatal MRT accident at Pasir Ris station, a train collision at Joo Koon station, tunnel flooding happened at Bishan station. In this instance, pump maintenance records were doctored but Khaw sat steady in his job until today when he would have been be sent packing in other counties.

Three, Josephine Teo. Our total fertility rate has been dropping for years and years until we are at about 1.16 per child bearing woman. Let us search our conscience and ask if anything happened to those many useless PAP Ministers in charge of reversing our utterly pathetic TFR over the years?

Did anyone of them get the sack because of poor performance and again the answer is clear no and they include of course Josephine Teo, who was until recently the minister-in-charge of the National Population and Talent Division.

Last but not least, the attendence among PAP MPs during our parliamentary sittings were simply pathetic. I suspect that, if their failure to attend parliamentary sittings were even reprimanded by the Speaker or Leader of the House, things would be different. To add insult to injury, even if they were to turn up for parliamentary proceedings, many of them would openly slept unashamedly in their comfortable seats etc.

Dear Mr Heng, please answer honestly. If that is not Slack, what is?

  • True, the reality is ..:

True, the reality is they r always, hungry, greedy n aggressive to fleece Singaporeans to ease their hunger n greed but only to further increase their hunger n greed n more aggression. It is always self self n self. If there is any legacy left by LKY, it is polanpa culture which r essentially parasites to the citizens but r shield for their dark n evil operation in tHe dark. Psychology n history have proven beyond doubts that nothing can be good if they have to hide it from public eyes or plainly rat behaviour. PAP has built up a humongous harem of parasitic polanpas to shield n defend them. This is what LHY/LWL r talking abt bureaucrats compliance when the same system turns against them n the plps once loyal to LKY r all gorillaized as the source of thei rewards changes. The Chinese dynasty evil repeats as hunger, greed n aggressiveness escalate with new found power once the transfer is complete with the death of the transferor. LHL has confessed to get what u have lost, u have to be hungrier, greedier n more aggressive than those u have lost to as he has shared his n his plps’ success philosophy with ntuc membership.

PAP promises have been broken over n over again once they feel they r not threatened by waning support. Their wayang of good governance is repeated at every pre election campaign n this time the heat wave sweeping across the world of citizens’ s awakening that the power is in their hands n it is foolish to put the egocentric, greedy n using foreign jobless to screw them as shown by the wipeout of arrogant n self centred political party which has been conning the citizenry over a pperiod of time which PAP succeeded for 50 years of plps sustained group of parasites ultimates. Nowhere in the world has seen their government ministers self gratified themselves with millions n going on to billions. Trudeau Sr was right to decline LKY kind advice of how he n his ministers could become effortlessly multimillionaires in a short time with his PAP method with his response that he will be booted out by his own party n if not booted furiously by the Canadians. Singaporeans have proven themself stupid relative to the Canadians n other nationals that LKY cannot resists but to blare that out in his sunset days. Singaporeans r daft so said the Cambridge double honours political scum ultimate the world has ever seen.

So gorillarpized Heng issued his usual pap promise which will be shattered n revenged once dafts r oonce again fooled to give him the vote.

ST reported that Chan 蠢賤 talk of cohesion whence he publicly inserted 99% of Singaporeans patronising what he referred to as dirty, smelly wet market food centres where the food vendors serves foods not worth the prize they charge with his example of chartowkwei relative to his $10…

  • True, the reality is ..cont.:

If his threat that he has no problem in importing foreigners to displace them from their jobs, shutting out their children from the university n booting them out from their home to give way to enhancing the foreign colonies across the island laundering out cpf via medical insurance to state funds where they can used it to negative invest n to host $28 m meeting to self glorified themselves besides their hungry, greedy n aggressive self gratification. If this is what he meant by creating cohesion n stability, surely ORA n Oxbridge must be dumb n evil to inculcate such social scumbag to be hungry, greedy n aggressive till he lost all human attribute n aren’t even fit to compare with pigs n dogs.

  • Regime change is the solution:

Straits Times: Merdeka package will not burden a future government: Chan Chun Sing

“What else is new?” It could be just a “token” (“nickel and time”, “table scraps”) amount. Isn’t the next GE this year?

We live in the “present”, not the “future”. The Government has massive reserves and perennial budget surpluses. Likely the GST increase (to 9% announced earlier) will pay for the Merdeka package so it will not burden a future government.

STONEWALLING AND COMPLETE SILENCE is the biggest cancer in our public institutions. Why? Because informed discourse is shut down. Nobody wants to take ownership of problem resolution. Peasants with passionate public interests concerns EVEN APOLITICAL in nature are writing to the mausoleum of ghostly silence from those in authority and power. How can problems be resolved and progress made to national development?

There got to be a PUBLIC OMBUDSMAN like Australia that holds thee accountability key and cane – state and public interest are paramount and over-ride vested political preference and/or convenience.

MPs regardless of party pedigree are all useless of functional role demands – THEY ARE ALL BOGGED DOWN BY MUNICIPAL WORK – when they should be only engaged in grassroot matters and national policy pillar debates.

ALL TOWN COUNCILS MUST REVERT BACK TO HDB AND MND – not PAP, WP or any other political party members elected. Come to the crunch, we don’t want to pay our elected representatives to sweep our void decks or wash our public toilets, the Blangadeshi FT do a much better effective and efficient job, infinitely cheaper.

I see this Down Under – a very distinguished ex High Court judge, Micheal Kirby, gave a LOT OF PUBLIC LECTURES to peasants and his peers.

    http://www.hcourt.gov.au/publications/speeches/former/speeches-by-the-hon-michael-kirby

These I believe is VERY POWERFUL public engagement that solidify PUBLIC TRUSTS IN PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS.

Is HSK, our next PM ins waiting, willing to bring about A LEAP FROG MILESTONE OF CHANGE?

If HSK can bring about these transformational change, PAPpys don’t have to fear opposition politics and the increasingly skeptical social media. SINGAPORE, THEN WILL PROGRESS BY LEAPS AND BOUNDS AND WE SHALL ALL RE-ENTER A RENAISSANCE OF NEW GOLDEN ERA just like post-Independent early years.

Is he willing to leave legacy of the past and past failures into the dustbin of history – we march on bravely in a difficult challenging world

Or will it be more of the same oppression and worst?

    2) Minister Khaw has made improvements to transport system. He should be praised and rewarded, why step down?
    3) TFR decline is due to change in our lifestyle preference, nothing to do with Minister Josephine.
