CUSTOMER SERVICE in Govt and most big organisations are just parasitic fringe to buffer their hosts from difficult and embarrassing challenges of their constituent/customer base.

They work from the culture of -DON’T COMPLAIN, DON’T ASK AND WE WON’T EXPLAIN insensitivity.

They know almost all aggrieved customers can’t afford or have the luxury of time to sue. Their bureaucratic and corporate structure behind them is like Mount Everest cliff to climb.

Ministers and top civil servants are paid by the millions. Their salaries have not been cut at all.
