Elon Musk should consider building a new social media platform

It is better for Elon Musk to build a new social media platform, rather than pay $44 billion to buy Twitter and modify it extensively.
After taking over Twitter, he will face the attrition of many developers. He has to recruit new developers anyway.
It is easier to build a new platform, rather than make extensive changes to a legacy platform.
It may take some time to build the community, but it will be a new community with authenticated users (and not the bots).
Elon Musk has 93 million followers in Twitter. He should be able to get them to move to his new platform. This represents one third of the active users in Twitter.
I hope that Elon Musk considers the approach.

If you love China so much that controlling news media is not a problem for you, Elon Musk on the other hand love unbridled freedom and he said he will unban Trump account.
