Author: SPH is the government’s mouthpiece and their news coverage is often government propaganda. It’s no wonder people are no longer interested in reading the garbage churned out by SPH and they have to resort to inflating their circulation numbers. What a travesty to print newspapers just to boost their numbers and then burn the newspapers away.
Who will be held accountable for this deception? They lied to shareholders, advertisers and even to the government. What action will be taken against them?

It was reported that some of those involved have already left the company but if these buggers were charged then whichever companies they are working at could well ask them to leave.
Yet another embarrassing episode for PAP and more ammunition for opposition supporters. All that nonsense about being Asia’s best and most trusted newspaper reads like a joke now doesn’t it ha ha ha.
One of the executives interviewed said there might be more revealations, we shall wait and see what other dirty secrets will be revealed. For now, we can be laughing at how desperate and pathetic SPH staff can be wa ha ha ha ha.
And I’m sure everyone remembers that Keppel engaged in bribery in Brazil no? They wanted to wayang and Indranee said that their top management didn’t know what was going on ah ha ha ha, does she think we are THAT stupid? A GLC engaing in bribery and the PAP has the audacity to say they are clean!

we used to think the circulation is about 300k+ each day but since the pap folks say it is 450k+ we accept it.
here is the lie.
the inflation is 95k+. 95k+/450+ is more than 20%. pap folks lie again about the 10% to 12% inflated numbers.
if the true circulation per day is 300k+, then, the inflation is over 30%.
just imagine. over 30% of your so called base is fake, inflated.

Even though Taxpayers had not supported the funding of 900 million dollars for SPH, t he PAP govt. refused to listen as always and pushed it through parliament. It seems like we are picking up the bill for many non-performing entities that are close to the PAP. JT failed as the manpower minister and once again in media. In any other first world state she would have to apologize and resign. The failure of the PAP in many areas of good governance only adds to taxpayers’ cost.The mistake is theirs but we bear the cost.This has to change if we do not want our bank accounts depleted by incompetent Ministers who continue to remain in office. Should we now be guessing which of our bills are going to increase.As we know the PAP will not take responsibility and will cover this up like FTX,HDB,GICs and TH.
