Author: According to this video scoop, it was the West that did not want the war between Russia and Ukraine to end. Apparently the Biden family was making billions out of the war.
Russia is fighting for a level playing field for its military defenses against the West. It does not want America to place nuclear bombs near its border as much as America would not allow Russian nuclear bombs in Mexico or Cuba.
