If I remember correctly, Sinkieland has a very funny law when it comes to consenting sex between adults, paid or not.

Technically speaking, it is not about swinging. Depending on which angle you look at it, such relationships have pros and cons.
It is nothing to cry father and cry mother about, I know of capable professionals in China who are in such a relationship, with full consent of their spouse.
If I may quote you a few real-life scenarios:
1. A’s wife has been infertile since marriage. Sex is fine but she can’t have a baby. They love each other and do not want a divorce, so the wife got her younger sister to bear one for them and A now has 2 wives and lives happily together in the same block as my family, the entire estate knows but no one is making noise, including their parents. Strictly speaking, the sister is not a sugar baby per the website, it is just an example I quote for the sake of illustration.

Now I say screw that life, I will live life the way I want, how I want as long as I don’t break the law or step on anyone’s toes. You like me, fine we can drink and dance together, don’t like me, just ignore me. I don’t owe you a living, vice-versa. Everyone in the estate knows me because I am the ONLY ‘alien’ and they make small talks if we meet, but I don’t go around carrying balls or trying to strike a conservation, a simple no-nonsense and straightforward life is what I want.
As for the relationships you mentioned, I would say it is a matter of individual preference as long as it is consenting and no one else gets hurt, a win-win for all parties involved.

If I am not wrong, prostitution in Sinkieland is NOT illegal, which means a woman offering sexual services for sex is allowed to do so. As an extension of that, the clients she has that pay her for these services are also perfectly fine.
That should also mean that even if the arrangement was made online, it should be legal too, because you can’t have sex online, so can only arrange to meet and carry out the sexual arrangement offline and in person, which brings us back to the act of prostitution itself, no matter sugar honey or sugar baby.
So the bottom line is, as long as it is not underage and consensual, it is NOT encouraged but also NOT illegal.

The key point is licence, that is are they government-regulated brothels and did the women carry health cards and undergo regular medical check-ups?
Customers are doing it at their own risk if something happen.
Tech: If I remember correctly, a woman can be a pros without having a license because the law says prostitution is NOT a crime. As for heatlh issue, you are not wrong.

1.For a woman to be granted a licence for sex work, she must be legally recognised as female and from one of five countries. These being Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, or China.
2. A sex worker is given a yellow card which requires them to have regular medical check-ups and restricts their employment to sex work only.
