My wife and I, both seniors, take public buses all the time. Since the increase in bus fares last April, we have had to check our ez-link fare deductions every time, as we have encountered many instances of over-deductions. [Ed. By "over-deduction", the author means "over-charging".] Each time, it would be 5 cents to 7 cents...
