NSmen should be given education subsidies, rather than ASEAN scholars!
Any NSmen who have completed at least 3 high key cycle without medical excuse or deferment, should be give 90% subsidies to take a Degree from any of the government-recognize Uni. No matter part time or full time basis. Its not like we are asking for a free meal, we still have to spend time in NS and do our studies and pay back...
