Did MOF Press Secretary lie about our failed CPF scheme?

In “Plain speech also about telling the hard truth“, MOF Press Secretary Lim Yuin Chien claimed that one of the “hard truths” about Singapore is our “Central Provident Fund scheme is adequate for most Singaporeans“.

However, Lim did not provide any statistics and if senior civil servants like Lim did not bury his head in the sand, he would have known this wasn’t factual, eg thousands of senior citizens are slogging in menial jobs such as cleaners, security guards and even exercising as cardboard collectors.

CPF scheme adequate for most Singaporeans?

Attesting to the failure of CPF scheme is the annual increase of the FRS by ridiculous amounts, up to $11,000 in 2009.

Even if CPF members had FRS balances of, say, $90,000 in 2005, the peanut monthly CPF payout is hardly adequatefor today’s high cost of living.

What about earlier cohorts?

What about hundreds of thousands of CPF members who had balances below their respective FRS?

That CPF Board needs to conceal information which belongs in the public domain speaks volumes of a scheme in urgent need of a revamp.

Are undisclosed statistics pertaining to the percentage of retiring/retired CPF members not deeply-embarrassing to the PAP government?  Lim should know.

The PAP should expect concerned citizens to call out civil servants who tell half truths to support a failed policy/scheme.

But in this case, Lim may not be telling a half truth but an outright lie.

  • On Delusions:

Nasrudin, the wise fool, passes in front of a cave, sees a yogi in deep meditation, and asks him what he is seeking.

“I am contemplating the animals; and I learn many lessons from them which can transform a man’s life,” says the yogi.

“Teach me what you know. And I will teach you what I have learned, because a fish has saved my life,” answers Nasrudin.

  • On Delusions:

The yogi is surprised! Only a saint can have his life saved by a fish. He decides to teach everything he knows.

“Now I have taught you everything, I would be proud to know how a fish saved your life?”

When he has finished unravelling the mysteries of the beasts, Nasrudin answers:
“I was almost dying of hunger when I caught it, and thanks be to God I was able to survive for three days.”

PAPpys ARE ENGAGED IN PREVARICATIONS on top of prevarication – and it is NOT just the adequacy of CPF issue. Like Malaysia, political longevity breeds loyalty to political dictatorship, serving the dictatorship instead of the country and peasantry and even became fanatics of this deviant behavior.

This is what Dr. MahaIthir said.

“Is not just the financial issues, but how damaged the government’s machinery has become. We have found government officers who are not serving the country but they served their party. Some to the point of fanaticism. They would go out and campaign, smear their rivals….”

In LEE-jiapore, you read and hear of echo chambers coming out of politically-sponsored institutions of XiaoKheng (mental health) farting politically correct platitudes. They are shamelessly fanatical of a*selicking behaviour on the public stage.

When the day comes of political landscape change, we must shut down all the XiaoKhengs and sack those parasitic dole-bludgers fed on state welfare farting gases.

No one outside the inner pappy circle knows what the state finances are.
What ever we have been told is either rumours, half truths, made up statistics or lies.

We never get the truth because investors and FT would then flee like rats from a sinking ship. So would most $G if f they could. The emperor will have no one left to serve him.

Why else the secrecy? The simplest and most direct explanation is usually the correct one.

  • Time To List Them:

It is time somebody start listing all the civil servant names who strongly side with the PAP. When the time comes we will know who to chop head like they are doing now in Malaysia becos civil servants are supposed to just do their job irrespective of which party is ruling.

They are supposed to be neutral or impartial as they are being paid by the public. KNNBCCB
