Crowdfunding for costs awarded against CA litigants (revisited)

We would like to kindly remind our readers that TR Emeritus (TRE) is currently assisting the litigants in a crowdfunding event to help raise funds for the purpose of offsetting the $22,400 costs that were awarded against the litigants in a failed Class Action against the MTF for discriminatory policies against the Unvaccinated.
We are currently helping to crowdfund a total of S$22,400 only, towards the costs awarded to the AGC.

Has TRE sought legal advice on whether using Tan Hui Hui’s account is legal? There is a Payment Services Act that may require a licence to serve as a conduit.
Hundreds are now being investigated for using their bank accounts for scam payments. Whether it is scam or legitimate payments, the Payment Services Act governs the need for a license to provide payment services.
Tan Hui Hui can be prosecuted.
Tech: Please stay to your urine therapy if you have no idea what you are talking about. Ms Han is the lead litigant in the class action, so what is wrong with her collecting donations for her “own cause”? Your definition of “payment services” is so hilarious, other than paying the lawyer and now AGC, who else can she pay to, to qualify as a “payment service”? lol.

Please be informed that TRE will be officially closing the chapter on the CA for the unvaccinated w.e.f. this notice.
As such, any and all matters related to the completed CA should be referred to the lawyers from Carson Law Chambers.
TRE will no longer accept any more donations for the CA, any fundraising will be directly into HHH’s account to help offset the costs awarded against the litigants.

My understanding is that the AGC has asked HHH to attend court to assess her suitability and condition to make good on payment in about one month’s time.
The AGC may also summon the rest of the litigants to do the same as I think it would be grossly unfair if HHH is made to bear the entire cost. I doubt the courts would agree with the AGC but me no lawyer, only my best guess.
Of all the litigants, HHH is the only one that is unemployed while all the rest are gainfully employed and some even professionals, so it would really fit HHH’s claim of persecution if the AGC insist on going after the poorest of them all.
Only time will tell.

Partially vaccinated (they are vaccinated, not unvaccinated) were combined with unvaccinated to form non-fully vaccinated, so that the truth partially vaccinated had the highest death rate (1% of population, 20% of deaths, according to data till 25 October 2021 before the combination) was covered.
By comparing fully vaccinated with non-fully vaccinated, MOH assumed that death and critical illness rates for partially vaccinated were equivalent to these rates among unvaccinated. Unvaccinated were punished, but partially vaccinated were exempted. Unvaccinated became the scapegoats.
2. “Absolute numbers on both dates also showed that those not fully vaccinated were harder hit.”
Absolute numbers show that those fully vaccinated were harder hit by Omicron. (412 vaccinated vs 160 non-fully vaccinated died of COVID-19 in the first half of 2022.)
3. “He cited studies showing that unvaccinated people are more likely to get infected and pass the virus on, as well as die or become severely ill and strain the healthcare system.”
Omicron was spread among fully vaccinated first, and new subvariants BA.4 and BA.5 were found in fully vaccinated with booster first.
According to data from 14 September till 18 November 2021, 85% of Singapore population were fully vaccinated, 85.1% of infected were fully vaccinated.

So, it’s not vaccination can prevent severe illness and death, it’s good health can prevent severe illness and death. That’s why most of the dead were seniors with underlying medical conditions.
High Court rejects bid to challenge vaccination-differentiated measures using the last one. It’s just the last one that can be used to defend unvaccinated.

So maybe TR Emeritus will tell me that TR Emeritus borrow a “stranger” account to use ,so that any problem will not become TR Emeritus problem and bankrupt TR Emeritus website ? 1. The Workforce Vaccination Measures which came into effect from 1 January 2022 were lifted on 26 April 2022. Of the 52,000 unvaccinated employees identified in December 2021, 32,000 were local employees. Of the 32,000, we estimate that 5,000 (16%) were unemployed or were placed on no pay leave at some point this year based on their CPF records.

Why 4,000 of the 5,000 unvaccinated local employees had not regained employment as of June 2022? They don’t need career matching services, they need VDS to be removed completely. MOM still allows VDS in companies, if there are “genuine” occupational requirements. Why they don’t allow local unvaccinated nurses to go to work, but have to hire foreign nurses?
