Overseas Chinese in Singapore and Malaysia tend to play the similar Big-2 game because of HK influence.
Malaysia should learn from HK MTR example to sell (or co-develop) land around MTR stations. MTR earns rental income.
Malaysia should sell land around HSR stations to Temasek, Blackrock, or Vanguard. Or other professional managers.
It is better than planning HSR stations on lands of idol-worshipper developers who pay bribes.
