There will not be peace between Israel and the Palestinians as long as Hamas is in control of Gaza. After Israel withdrew from Gaza in 2005, Hamas came into power. It could have pursued peace with Israel like Egypt did. Instead, it pursued war because it is bent on the destruction of Israel. Hamas’ ideology does not allow for peaceful co-existence with Israel. Furthermore, it is backed by Iran, Israel’s staunchest enemy. If Israel does not wipe out Hamas, it will be a matter of time before Hamas launches another attack. Israel is now in a dire situation having to defend itself on two fronts – Hamas in the West and Hezbollah from the north. “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem…” (Ps 122:6). If there is no peace in Jerusalem, there will be no peace in the middle-east and in the world. Shalom!

How can UN suggest a Palestine nation with Israelis & Palestinians’ states!

Just call it HOLY LAND which will be more acceptable to both Arabs & Jews & once this HOLY LAND is in place, Hamas can then be isolated for annihilation for peace to come!

Anyone who thinks you can pivot from last week’s atrocities to a two-state solution is being unrealistic, and is only fueling the cycle of violence by raising false hopes. This will require years of hard work at the grassroots level, and a complete reformation of the Palestinian political community. Being honest about that now is necessary for the journey to even begin.

When Palestinians and their human rights are part of the solution, given that Yasser Arafat turned down an Israeli offer of an independent Palestinian State, with 95% of the West Bank, 100% of Gaza, and a capitol in East Jerusalem, justice is being served by the current occupation. Netanyahu’s flaws do not change the fact that Palestinian leadership has rejected offers from Ehud Barak, Ehud Olmert, Shimon Peres, and even Ariel Sharon.

The occupation could have ended decades ago and been replaced with statehood. Until ordinary Palestinians rise up against their rejectionist leadership, occupation will be necessary and the two-state solution will be impossible. Aside from everything Netanyahu is and is not, in a better world, he would be removed from power, but at the very least, in our world, he should not be supported. If America was Israel’s true friend and ally, it surely would not be supporting Netanyahu and going to such lengths to show it.

People must be clear that Israel comprises those who practice Judaism and the Zionists. A small percentage is Christian. Jews who practice Judaism which is being subservient to God are peaceful. They have lived and thrived among the Muslims peacefully in Palestine, Egypt, Argentina and other countries for centuries. They together with the Christians in Israel, US and other parts of the world do not support the Zionists who now control Israel and are on a land grab mission to annex land for more Zionists. If we brand Hamas as terrorist for their attack on civilians, then the Zionists are also terrorist for their attacks on the civilian population of Gaza. Since the creation of the Zionist State called Israel, there has been killings every day of the Palestinian people.There was actually no need to have created an Israel. As in Singapore the PAP govt. has increased foreign population.There is no carving of the land. This is a problem created by those who did not want the Zionists in their own countries and decided to take Palestine which was under British rule. Why is the genocide carried out by the Zionists against the Palestinians for decades supported but Hamas attack on a musical event on Occupied Palestinian land condemned? Are Palestinians lives lesser in value than the Israelis? Even aid going in through Egypt is being forced to go South and not to GAZA. Why has Israel so much say over another State?
