Egypt deploy tanks at border w Gaza to prevent refugee influx. Massive numbers. None of the surrounding countries including Jordan is willing to take in refugees. This shows they are so averse and do not trust such people. And Israel had on the other hand taken in Ukrainian war refugees before.
Tech: There is more to it than just trust. These countries are mostly poor, so economically, they cannot afford to. The tanks on the border is not to shoot refugees, Egypt made it clear that it is against invasion (by Israel).

With Yemen announcing war on Israel, Houthis have fired ballistic and cruise missiles at Israel. The US has and is likely to protect the Israelis by intercepting these missiles.
Now I wonder and would like to know if the “intercepting” missiles fired by the US ships to intercept Yemen’s missiles can be intercepted by another “intercepting” missile.
The reason I asked is that Turkey is likely to join the war, and they have already amassed 100+ ships near the US’s carrier battle group. Although the Turks’ warship is not likely to attack the US ships, there is nothing stopping them from intercepting ANY missiles fired by the US ships, right?
So if the Turks want to help Yemen, their warships can fire interceptor missiles to intercept US’s interceptor missiles so that the Yemen missiles can reach its target, dio bo?
The Turks can also intercept any plans or missiles fired by the US ships towards Yemen or Lebanon, dio bo?
And all this can be done without getting physically involved with Israel, dio bo?
Anyone?
P/S: The goal is to keep the US Carrier Battle Group in check and isolate them against attacking Lebanon and Yemen. UNLESS the US wants a full-blown war, their naval power is as good as useless in this scenario.

Egyptian leaders said that to house a massive influx of refugees is a political risk they cannot afford to take. It does not want to follow the likes of Lebanon & Jordan that housed many refugees. Problematic headache such can pose. AT THE END OF THE DAY THE WORLD MUST CALL FOR THE BANNING OF HAMAS. This is the first and best and only lasting solution. Or the region will never have any peace. What is happening in Gaza only shows the West cannot be trusted. The UN should be disbanded and regional alliances formed. Why do we keep aligning ourselves to the West when we are in Asia?
