Anti Property Hoarding Pro Singaporeans Wealth Policy.
I am utterly disappointed with BOTH PAP & WP narratives on HDB and high property prices.
Initially I don't intend to comment on these issues any more because the stupid PAP is using POFMA to shut me up but if I continue to keep quiet and allow these monkeys to mess around, all Singaporeans will suffer from bad long term policies.
The ultimate problem with current & future property market is basically supply chain issue, over aggressive foreign labour policy and Foreign Wealth influx due to PAP ATTEMPT to attract all filthy rich people in the world and treat our limited resources as their ATM.
Any attempt to deal with the problems of our property market will be totally missing the point if they don't address all these key issues.
Putting up patching bits of meaningless or even harmful populist policies without addressing these key issues are just rubbish.
Policy like restricting Singaporeans in buying HDB if they downgraded from private property and trying to impose penalties on successfully families who had worked hard to climb the wealth ladder is really stupid and lack proper reasoning.

For too long,the HDB policies have worked against bona fide citizens while BENEFITTING the PRs.
If single sgs WERE BARRED FROM BUYING HDB when the prices were truly affordable,why are non-citizens (PRs) allowed to do so?
If PRs bought HDB CHEAPLY AND RENT OUT WHOLE STAYING IN PRIVATE HOUSES ,BARRING shs especially jobless and retirees from buying HDB immediately after they DOWN-GRADE by SELLING their Private properties due to Depletion of past savings CONSUMED BY SUPER HIGH COL is TOTALLY UNFAIR PRACTICE against OWN NEEDY SGS.
WHO WOULD WANT TO OR NEED TO SELL THEIR SPACIOUS AND COMFORTABLE PRIVATE HOMES IN ORDER TO BUY HDB IF NOT FOR REASON OF NEED AND NECESSITY?

Even as Minister$ tell older sgs to plan for retirement,the G is not helping especially when desperate private home-owners need to sell their house in order to survive in this high COL environment.
BY PENALISING OLDER AND NEEDY retirees from buying HDB AS SOON AS THEY SELL THEIR PRIVATE PROPERTIES,THE G IS FORCING SUCH ILDER NEEDY SGS TO PAY HIGH RENTAL$.

I SAY PRs who bought HDB and live in private houses must SELL THEIR HDB to be fair to those CITIZENS who are disadvantaged.
HDB MUST NOW REVIEW ITS POLICIES AS MANY SGS BECOME JOBLESS OR ARE ELDERLY AS CURRENT POLICIES ARE SIMPLY UNFAIRLY WORKING AGAINST OUR OWN NEEDY SGS VIS-A-VIS WELL-TO-DO PRs.
