They are very happy their HDB is so expensive (because once they own it in 30 years after their load repayment period it will be worth even more! Never mind that for the next 30 years they cannot afford to live like human beings).

As a Singaporean living in Singapore who is not rich definitely is big NO. White collar jobs are abundant in my industry but as a Singaporean it’s difficult to find job – you should know why right? Prices in supermarkets are so expensive even SG is strong against our major importer countries to counter inflation – why is it so because I expect little price inflation which is caused by inflation in the importer countries and SGD is stronger than before against these countries?

Much of overall happiness ,besides economic wellbeing/welfare, depends on what i humbly call “SPACE PER CAPITA”.
In continuous over-crowding of this TINY Island-state, the “SPACE PER CAPITA” has been continuously DECREASING as well.
Take a chicken coop for those who are older and more familiar with chicken rearing.
