Major arms dealers halt deal with Israel after ICJ ruling

Under fire, Israel now faces the wrath of major arms companies over the ICJ ruling. Several arms makers worldwide have announced the end of military ties with Israel after the ICJ ruling over the Gaza genocide case. The development comes when Israel is involved in an intense battle with Hamas in the Gaza Strip.

Undeterred, Netanyahu has vowed to continue the war, until Hamas is completely eliminated. Us, being the largest sponsor of Israel's war, is likely to supply the needed weapons to Israel.

Secretary of State Antony Blinken has the power to bypass the US Congress and sell weapons directly to Israel. He has done so twice since the genocide started in Gaza.

  • A Dutch court has ordered the Netherlands to halt exports of F-35 fighter jet parts to Israel. In its order, the court cited possibilities of violations of humanitarian law in the Gaza Strip.

Even the UK is currently facing intense pressure from 30 or so groups locally to halt exporting arms to Israel.

So I am curious can US ‘feed’ Israel alone?

  • Good job the UN:

Finally, light at the end of the tunnel is sighted!

This is the result of the collective efforts of UNSC and othe subsidiaries of the United Nations, the ICJ etc, in their rulings against the “war” declared by Israel against the Hamas but unfortunately, the “war” has gone on the wrong path!

Look like the current secretary general of the United Nations will continue his efforts in getting something meaningful done for the victims of the “war “. The consensus of the world, as a result of his actions, is overwhelmingly against the military action by Israel in the Gaza Strip. This makes Israel and his supporters look ugly, unreasonable, irrational and must be stopped!

Good job, the United Nations, keep it up!
