（伦敦19日综合电）英国慈善救助基金会(Charities Aid Foundation) 週三公布今年世界捐助指数 (World Giving Index 2012)，澳洲排名第一，马来西亚排名第76，比去年的87进步。 新加坡排名第114，比去年（第91）差，也远远落后于排在前20名的其它亚洲国家和地区。 慈善救助基金会在全球有九个办事处，今年是第3次发佈报告。来自153个国家的超过15万人参与调查。 这项调查涉及146个国家的1000名受访者。需要回答的问题有3道：是否曾在调查月份内捐款做慈善？是否拨出时间行善？...
