The entire case started with a widely unknown PAP company which virtually no one knew about until WP took over Aljunied town council and revealed this. 3. How the computer system managed by PAP town councils... 

Maybe the Aljunied Hougang Town Council should be asking why did the common multi-million dollar management system developed at taxpayers expense get sold for a pittance to a $2 dollar company (AIM) suddenly set up by 3 former PAP MPs (and subsequently closed with no idea of who now owns the software), and then get withdrawn...
