There are so many legal issues regarding Lee Hsien Loong's letter to Terry Xu [ LINK ]. For a start, is Lee Hsien Loong making those demands in his personal capacity? If so, why is the PM's Press Secretary sending the letter on his behalf? Shouldn't Lee Hsien Loong himself, or his personal lawyer, be doing so instead? The Press... 

Many people think that a democratic system will produce a responsive system, as the elected government has to meet the wishes of the people. The evidence points to the contrary.
