Someone sent me this consent form to be signed by parents for their young children’s Covid vaccination. I think it is outrageous and highly irresponsible! Do parents really know the risks and possible side-effects? Has MOH disseminated the available literature to the public so that parents are properly appraised of all possible... 

Look at how this Consent Form given to parents to indemnify MOH of any adverse consequences! Parents out there should take note. You better make sure you understand ALL the possible risks and side effects of this vaccination for your kids before you sign it and send them for the jabs!
