The key catchword here is the conjunctive word “AND” because even the worst moronic imbecile can still be deliberately groomed for the highest office. No one needs to doubt on this one – a well proven track in history of mankind. What is pertinently more relevant is imprecise “talent” or the lack of it in default,...
