作者:直言 新加坡政府有限公司又不是什么绝代商业奇才，只不过是依权套钱，靠着垄断土地的卑劣手法赚钱罢了。我有一个譬喻，就是不能够把新加坡政府看成是一个政府，那么所有的诡异诙谐的现象就会有了很好的解释。新加坡政府既然不是政府，那么政府的想法，就只有从私人企业的惯性思维去理解。 所以，以行业行销手段来说，用发展国家需要作为藉口，以超极低廉、甚至可以说是剥削的手段，取得私人地主的土地之后，新加坡政府几乎可以说是掌握着所有国家土地的资源。因此，就因为掌控土地资源，在完全没有竞争者的垄断情况之下，让政府可以左右市价，在最利好的时期将土地售卖给私人发展商从而取得巨大的利润。在这一部分，盈利是空前的，本来是对国家有利。然而，必须质疑的地方，就是政府将赚取土地利益的行为当成业绩来高薪养廉，这才是不道德的。 这点，本来也是见仁见智，毕竟还能够覆盖在‘廉’这一个道德牌坊下操作。真正的问题是，政府把拨给建屋局作为建设组屋的土地都以市价计算，这么一来，建屋局的建屋成本，自然和私人发展商没有差别。但是，政府组屋的品质毕竟比私人公寓差劲，成本当然就会稍低。然而，政府却避此不谈，反而以私人组屋售价作为比较，制定组屋售价，而且还是市价。也就是说，就连私人发展商的盈利也包挂起来一起计算。那么，在这种无厘头的计算方法掩盖之下，当然跑出政府津贴4、5万元，建...
