I expect property prices to totally collapse taking down the SGD with it, here is why I say this. I have seen a lot from the 87 crash, 97 crash, dot com bubble, 2008 crash and all have the same characteristic, greed.  For Singapore I believe a devaluation of the currency is coming because the people in charge of MAS currently...
