Recently someone sent me a link to a funny video on politics entitled, ” Sex Appeal and Jokes …..So this is our humble attempt at getting the first time voters to be actively involved in the local political scene. I tend to disagree with PM Lee's statement that there is a lack of talent in Singapore. Perhaps he made that statement to support the previous foreign talent policy. There is no lack of talent. However, there is a lack of talented people willing to step forward to serve. Let us examine the root cause of this problem. Singaporeans... 

It's a known fact that many foreign workers (from work permit holders to employment pass holders to PR holders) make use of Singapore only as a stepping stone to better pastures elsewhere.  The sad truth is that Singapore is only a transit point for them - to build up their credible work experience and their financial resources....
