For example: a) The cost of govt will come down with lower salaries for ministers, top civil servants and heads of govt agencies and linked companies, b) Families members heading... 

Academic Lam Peng Er put it, do we want an opposition that can “attract in greater numbers and offer a narrative which counters the ruling party’s “hegemonic ideological discourse”? What kind of opposition do we want? Really, what can they offer to us voters? Check and balance? Safeguarding? Keep the ruling party on...
