Chan Chun Sing has made Strong statements against those who had criticized PAP's signing of CECA with India. He said that CECA does not exempt Indian PMETs from going through the formal application of E-Pass or S-Pass. He is right about that - but nobody is claiming that CECA waived off such requirements! "AHTC's auditors had submitted an unqualified financial statement this year and it has been sent to the Ministry of National Development, which oversees town councils." Unqualified. That means the accounts are all in order. Is this why Heng Swee Keat prematurely submitted the motion, before the MND releases AHTC's unqualified...
