Before Goh Chok Tong speaks, he should realise it is the PAP who has lost its way

I strongly disagree with Goh Chok Tong that Tan Cheng Bok has "lost his way". Rather, it is the PAP government which has lost its way over the past 2 decades. The first thought that came to my mind is GCT's own recent comment that PAP ministers are not paid enough despite them getting the highest political salaries of any government...
