The gravity of the incident cannot be underestimated, it reflects a very critical flaw in our system. Our system is an authoritarian with no check and balance at the top, this I would call it a pyramid. So if the leader sitting at the top abuses power, no one will be able to stop him, this is something Singaporeans should... 

It is really unusual for PAP government, especially its Prime Minister and Ministers, to allow highly Defamatory allegations made without a hawkish response to sue the pants off of those who made it. This is especially so when such potentially Defamatory allegations are made by influential individuals in the society or its opponents...
