DBS to buy Bank Danamon Indonesia stake from Temasek through new share issuance
DBS Group Holdings announced on Mon (2 Apr) that it has agreed to pay S$9.1 billion for Indonesia's Bank Danamon in shares and cash at a whopping 56.3% premium at 7,000 rupiah per share.
