In a period of 2 months, Singapore have been hit by multiple "freak floods", which in the words of the Minister for Environment Mr Yaacob Ibrahim, "happens only once in 50 years" and "too costly to prevent", according to PM Lee. The inability of the ruling PAP Party to prevent these frequent "freak floods" have caused Singaporeans...
