HDB flats I read the TRE article - Shocked owner finds HDB flat has become ‘pigsty’ - with incredibility. It was reported that HDB carried out about 7,000 flat inspections but was only able to find 17 flat owners who sublet their flats illegally. Hello, that's only 0.2%! You expect us to believe this??? Are the HDB officers...

The root cause of the stray dogs and rats problem at Bt Batok is HUMAN! Who abandoned the dogs in the first place? Likely these dogs had former owners who did not even bother to sterilize them. There are black sheep amongst feeders. They should be fined for littering and being so lazy and inconsiderate. Such irresponsible feeders...
