For me, the main problem for the IPS research is that they have deliberately obfuscated the function of the CPF, which is retirement adequacy. If CPF is about how good a car is, why this Singapore car is so good, what they have done is limited the discussion to the headlights. As though headlights by themselves define a car.... 

LTA enforcement, reportedly recruited off the streets of Malaysia's cities, have the dubious distinction of surpassing another enforcement entity, the Singapore Police Force (SPF), in their public presence. Day and night, rain or shine, nothing seems to deter them as they scour the whole island, even in nooks and corners, searching... 

I can appreciate if the writer is just giving a personal view. There’s a whole lot, if not the entire article, based on speculation. Please allow me to say that not many of us, myself included, understand the dynamics of the airline industry to comment sensibly about the business model, the courses of action, the calls made...
