TR EMERITUS

I am the only Singaporean in my IT team belonging to a much larger IT HQ. My management is pushing me out to cut cost. I cost 4.5k only. I have worked there a couple of years and fixed several big IT problems -  result of FTs who implemented the solutions without fixing the problems for years. Now, the company wants to replace... 

Just to let you know many Singaporean PMETs are out of good jobs because FT hire own kind. I was discriminated in my job application and unofficial interviews recently and the hiring manager who is Australian converted to PR hire another Australian. In short, the unemployment is down for local doesn’t mean it is for down...
