I shall tell you why buying a house is to tie you down and trap you in the system. For GEN Y and those buying house now, or who have bought in past 5-6 yrs, BTO prices were bought at sky high prices. So imagine having to take 20-25 yrs loan,after that how much would one have for retirement? One can argue for degree holders... 

It is said that Grassroots leaders and members are often reminded by their Advisers who are also the Members of Parliament in their respective constituencies to be Caring and Compassionate to the residents and the community.
