【本報訊】港人愛吃麵包，但《蘋果》委託獨立化驗所抽驗五家麵包店共十款麵包，四個鬆餅全部含重金屬鋁，麵包新語的提子鬆餅含鋁量更達每個27毫克，成人每周吃四個已超鋁攝取量上限，長期食用或致腦部疾病，兒童攝入過量更會阻礙智力發展。多款麵包也含太多鹽，百佳的蒜茸軟包含鈉量達5,740ppm，吃一個已是每日建議鈉攝取量近半。 記者：袁樂婷　麥志榮 本報委託香港標準及檢定中心化驗，發現麵包新語的提子鬆餅含鋁量達306ppm，即每公斤鬆餅含306毫克鋁。 世界衞生組織建議，人類每公斤體重，每周最多可攝取2毫克鋁，即一50公斤重成人每周不應攝取多於100毫克鋁。以一個麵包新語（BreadTalk）的提子鬆餅重約90克計，每個約含27毫克鋁，一周吃四個便超出鋁攝入量上限；若只重30公斤的兒童，吃兩個便接近警戒線。 來自發粉　可令麵包膨脹 百佳的英式鬆餅、city'super香蕉全麥鬆餅及A-1...
