最近， 我在乘搭飞机时，阅读了一章斯德哥爾摩國際和平研究所报道。报道指出我国是世界五大购买主要常规武器的国家之一（占世界买率的的百份之四）。 印度名列前茅（百分之十二），其次是中国（百分之六）。巴基斯坦和韩国共享第三名（百分之五）。 在印度的立场，它与中国和巴基斯坦持有长久的边界纠纷，更曾与这两国在半个世纪前发生站争。至今，它对这两国无法掉以轻心，所以在国防开支上毫不手软。...
