I refer to the reply in Parliament about long-term visit passes (LTVPs). About 9,400 foreign spouses of Singaporeans were on these passes each year between 2008 and 2010. A reply to a similar question in Parliament on May 18 last year revealed that the Immigration and Checkpoints Authority processed an average of 15,400 LTVPs...
