Chan Chun Sing has made Strong statements against those who had criticized PAP's signing of CECA with India. He said that CECA does not exempt Indian PMETs from going through the formal application of E-Pass or S-Pass. He is right about that - but nobody is claiming that CECA waived off such requirements!
