Electricity tariffs increased 18.8% year on year even as Singaporeans are desperately tightening their belts

In a press release on Saturday (28 Sep), SP group said that the electricity tariffs will increase by 0.48 cent per kilowatt hour (kWh) – or a 2.1% increase - for the period Oct to Dec 2018.
