THE HDB GIMMICK: If the 50-year loan for a HDB flat is a "gimmick" [Link], can the current selling price of HDB flats be more than a gimmick? For the love of money, our minsters are selling HDB flats at 'market subsidy' (just wtf is that?) price. Like the "churning" done in the insurance industry where policyholders are asked...
