LTA went to check the Rochor-Victoria Street Junction after another Lexus crashed into 3 cars. WP declared that it would contest in Tampines GRC and, possibly in Marine Parade GRC. Both were “territories” of NSP. Is WP being unreasonable? Should NSP give way? It is a very tricky issue.
