This donation comes so timely, but why only now? I wonder why Rotary Club did not notice the state of living quarters in Hougang since it fell into WP's control.   Why did they not initiate this earlier and why did they choose to do it now.  Honestly, Rotary Club is a humanitarian organisation filled with many philanthropists...
