Yes, we are one of the highest taxed people in the world if you look at the TOTAL revenue per capita collected by the government. And look at history (which they don't teach in schools) that nations get attacked for a reason – you have gold, oil, spices, etc. What do we have except a infrastructure and a nation of hardworking... 

Began my day today March 5, 2012, as usual looking for bread and butter, like all other working Singaporeans. As usual, when I meet someone that I know or someone new, the topics discussed is usually about Singapore politics and more importantly, how we are doing in this society and to putting bread and butter on the breakfast...
