What an intellegent statement by the statesman long , long ago. When we know what is the reality whether it is good or bad and not to do anything about it is called: Ignorant! Or Bo chap! When we know what is affecting all citizens and do nothing about it including you, it is called : Selfish! When we know people are suffering... 

I write this as I watch on television the National Day Parade, (picture) which I have been watching since I came to Singapore five years ago. In the last three years, I have been looking forward with increasing excitement for the Parade to start - the songs, the colour, the crowd, the military marches and the stories are stirring...
