I have been hesitant on posting this but felt it's time I should. In my books, Singaporeans comes first, when it comes to hiring. 90% of my staff are Singaporeans, most of them at age 45 and above. The rest are M'sians taking up sales positions which it's tough to get Singaporeans to fill. On top of that, all my 5 part-timers...

There was a time I was proud to be called Singaporean. I belong to the generation that Goh Keng Swee era reigned . I did not and still will not consider LKY as the founding father of Singapore (sic!). He did not do anything spectacularly good or noteworthy even though the track records at that time are attributed to Goh Keng...
