If 29.3% votes translating to 2.38% (two out of 84 MP seats) of parliament was not a Freak Election in 2006, I don’t know what is. There is a real possibility that the opposition could win 49% votes, and still remain with two seats, granting the PAP political mandate with more than the necessary simple majority of parliament...
