首先让我先说一个简单相关的比喻好了！比如在一条街上只有一家卖牛肉面店！ 那牛肉会越卖越小块，到最后可能只变成牛肉汤面而已。如果这时候在其对面也开了一家牛肉面店，有竞争，那你会发现牛肉会越卖越大块，服务也会更好！最终得利的是雇客。一样的道理，如果一个国家没有能制衡执政府的反对党，最终人民百姓在执政府里是不会被放在眼里的。这我们可以从一党独大的执政府乱动宪法，后又大事的滥用权力的制定对自已有利的法律以便于排除异己，尤其是真正的反对党！并通过立法来控制选举的过程，实际上和实质上是控制了整个国家的司法，立法和行政的权力；又通过国家的权力分配机制,最终实际上的权力全掌握在总理一人手中。...
