There has been much publicity in the media about the so called “growth dividend” in the recent Budget presented which hands out up to $800 to every voter. This handout amounts to $1.5 billion in total. What followed was a torrent of propaganda to convince the people that the giveaways were generous and, to quote by Finance... 

Just wanted to share this. Why do they have to specially state the obvious? What happened to the usual "All are welcomed"? Furthermore, they write it in bold at the top and double-underline with bold red ink. The resulting effect is to turn the old citizens off and make them avoid this event since they’re not specially ”welcomed”. How...
