HQ SCDF was having annual dinner and dance at Zouk on 7 Jan 2011 at Zouk. Free flow of drinks until 10pm. All hell went loose and most of the NSFs were drunk and some of them lied on the floor passed out. Shortly after, a drunk NSF Jordan Ng fell into a canal near Zouk and died.
